Overview
As of June 11, 2024, the Planning Board is appointed by the Select Board. As individual members’ terms expire, the Select Board appoints new at-large members to two-year terms, which may be extended at the Select Board’s discretion.

Applying for a Permit
Property owners applying for a subdivision, conditional use, or other Planning Board review should use the current Planning Board permit application and consult the Planning Board Ordinance.
Agendas, Minutes, and Documents
The Planning Board maintains a large archive of past agendas, meeting minutes, and applicant submissions such as subdivision and conditional use packets. Rather than list them here, current and historical meeting materials are available through the agendas and documents pages.
